We all have days when we feel utterly worn out, mentally, physically, and spiritually. But God does not leave us to struggle alone. He offers strength for the weary, hope for the discouraged, and rest for the drained. When you are running on empty, speak life over yourself. These Bible-backed affirmations will remind you that your strength is not gone. It is being renewed.
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles…” — Isaiah 40:31
Speak These Affirmations Aloud:
- I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (Ephesians 6:10)
- God is my refuge and strength. I will not fear. (Psalm 46:1-2)
- The joy of the Lord is my strength. (Nehemiah 8:10)
- Even when I feel weak, God’s strength is made perfect in me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
- I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)
- My soul finds rest and renewal in God alone. (Psalm 62:1)
- God is lifting me up on eagle’s wings. I will run and not grow weary. (Isaiah 40:31)
- His grace is enough for today. (2 Corinthians 12:9)
Speak these truths until they settle in your spirit. You are not running this race alone. God’s strength is yours to lean on every step of the way.
